Event Highlights
Events are powerful platforms for education, collaboration, and community building. From multi-day physician summits to fundraising galas and professional networking programs, I have planned and executed events that bring together clinicians, researchers, industry partners, and patient advocates to advance innovation in healthcare.

The events featured below highlight my experience managing complex programs, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and creating meaningful experiences that drive both engagement and impact.

Annual fundraising gala that was established to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Lenox Hill Neurosurgery Brain Tumor Center. I led the creative and marketing execution for the event, designing the full suite of marketing collateral, event signage, presentation materials, and custom awards. I also sourced and coordinated vendors, oversaw on-site event branding and visual storytelling, and captured social media content throughout the evening to extend the event’s reach and engagement. The gala brought together philanthropic supporters, clinicians, and patient advocates and generated $2.6M+ in funding to support research initiatives and patient and caregiver services.

Multi-session physician education and brain tumor awareness summit bringing together neuro-oncologists, neurosurgeons, clinical researchers, biotech investors, industry partners, and patient advocates to accelerate collaboration and therapeutic innovation. I led the end-to-end planning and execution of the event, including securing the venue, developing the program agenda, confirming speaker participation, and supporting sponsorship outreach.

I also directed the event’s creative and marketing strategy, designing promotional materials, the event presentation, and custom awards for keynote speakers. On-site, I developed the run of show, coordinated catering and logistics, managed volunteers, and served as the event emcee while overseeing real-time content capture for social media. The summit created a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue and strengthened partnerships across the brain tumor research and biotech communities.

Annual academic conference for residents, attending physicians, physician assistants, and nursing staff focused on emerging techniques and innovations in neuroplastic and reconstructive surgery. I supported program development by helping shape the agenda and secure expert speakers, while also leading the design of the event presentation and marketing collateral.

I coordinated key logistical elements including sourcing the venue and catering, developing the event run of show, and managing exhibitor participation and industry partner presentations. During the event, I served as emcee and helped oversee on-site execution to ensure a seamless experience for speakers, attendees, and partners.

Professional networking event supporting the Women in Neurosurgery (WINS) initiative, designed to foster mentorship, leadership development, and dialogue around diversity and representation in neurosurgical training and practice. I led the planning and execution of the program, including sourcing speakers, sponsorship, designing the event agenda, securing the venue, and coordinating catering.

I also developed the event’s marketing materials, managed ticket sales and attendee communications, and coordinated complimentary book distribution for each participant. On the day of the event, I oversaw on-site logistics including check-in, event setup and breakdown, and overall guest experience to ensure a seamless and engaging program for attendees.

Ongoing physician education programming designed to support clinical learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the dissemination of emerging best practices in neurosurgery and related specialties.

I managed the administrative, programmatic, and logistical components required to deliver both recurring virtual sessions and in-person accredited conferences. This included applying for CME accreditation through the Northwell Health Office of Continuing Medical Education, scheduling recurring online sessions, distributing CME codes to participants, creating and distributing evaluation and outcomes surveys, and coordinating required financial disclosure documentation for program directors and speakers.

For in-person conferences, I oversaw end-to-end planning and execution, including sourcing venues and catering, designing event programs and marketing collateral, developing presentation materials, sourcing exhibitors, managing online registration, and overseeing on-site logistics. I also coordinated participant resources and educational materials for both virtual and in-person programming to ensure a seamless learning experience.
